All three of our client services options have provided successful hires for our clients time and time again. One of our executive team members will be happy to discuss which option would best fit your current or upcoming needs.
We complete employee searches on a contingency basis for all client companies that have a standard fee agreement in place. Trisearch is not owed a placement fee until a successful hire/placement is made. The recruiter is responsible to do the initial recruiting, prequalifying of candidates background and promotion of client’s company culture and specific opportunity. The contingency recruiter will also arrange interviews with the candidates for the client/company, conduct reference checks, and pre-close through to offer acceptance. The company pays either a flat fee or a percentage of the first year’s salary depending on the position and difficulty of the search.
We complete a search that is very similar to a contingency search in terms that we have to provide success for your team in order to be compensated for the effort put forth by our team. The main difference is that we are able to
allocate additional resources to an exclusive search and view this as an extension of a true partnership from our clients. In addition, this is used for client needs that are of an urgent nature and in return we react accordingly.
A retained search is reserved for rare instances that fall under three categories:
- A client has such an urgent need that it requires a full focus of a variety of team members immediately and considered a mission critical opening within a client company.
- A partnership is established that has been earned over time by success of multiple hires through Trisearch, demonstrating our commitment to that particular client and our ability to consistently meet their needs.
- All executive and C-level positions will require a retainer due to sensitivity of the search, client confidentiality, and focus needed to provide the best options available within the industry.
The requirement for this search is an agreed upon up front percentage (%) of the fee with the balance of the fee to be paid upon hire of the successful candidate.
